NOTE: All incidental charges incurred at any accomodation will not be covered by The Karijini Experience, the event owners, or the event organisers, unless approved in writing prior to check in. Are there any couples in your team that will share a bed?* This will assist us in arranging the correct accomodation configuration.
14. Will you or anyone in your team be bringing their own overnight accomodation to the event site?* This includes caravans, campervans, motorhomes, RVs, camping trailers, ground tents, rooftop tents, swags, gazebos, etc.

EQUIPMENT, INFRASTRUCTURE & CONSUMABLES 21. WHAT ARE YOU BRINGING TO SITE?* Please provide details of the equipment and infrastructure you will be bringing to the event site.
Equipment might include items such as instruments, tables, chairs, consumables, displays, plinths etc.
Infrastructure is larger items that will impact the site layout, such as food trucks, trailers, structures, marquees, booths, etc.
NOTE: Dimensions of all infrastructure is essential as it will need to be considered in the overall site plan.
22. EQUIPMENT AND CONSUMABLES* Do you require any equipment or consumables to be supplied by the event?

23. STORAGE* Will you need any equipment/consumables stored on site? We can provide some storage in a back-of-house marquee, in our fridge/freezer or in a sea container to assist you, however, please note that The Karijini Experience and its organisers do not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items stored on your behalf.
Please provide details of the items requiring storage. Include dimensions if possible.* Please note any uncollected items placed in storage will be disposed of on 14 April when site bump-out commences.
24. SHARED SPACES* Due to space limitations, the event program requires some activities/workshops to share marquee spaces on a rotating roster. As such, your activity/workshop may need to be packed up and reset at the beginning and end of each session.
