ReaWAken 2025 VIP Dinner

Business Events Perth hosted the 2025 RE-AWAKEN mega-familiarisation for interstate and overseas delegates to re-discover Western Australia's world-class venues and experiences, as well as the wondrous adventures Perth city has to offer.
The mega familiarisation provided opportunities to reconnect with nature and feel the freedom of Western Australia's wide open spaces - all aimed at re-awakening the thirst for inspiring business events in Western Australia.
The Lux Events team were thrilled to be involved in the VIP Dinner at Crown and relished the opportunity to produce and deliver this stunning event.
At the Gala Dinner, guests were ushered via the Stage Door onto the main stage of Crown Ballroom. With the curtain down, guests enjoyed Crown's hospitality as they networked and soaked up the atmosphere in the 'Welcome Lounge', expertly styled by Phenomenon. A surprise announcement reveals the delegates as the stars of the show and the curtain rose to reveal the spectacular ballroom designed by Lux. Led by roving neon-saxophonist, Mark Turner, guests made their way from the stage to their seats and were blown away by a powerhouse performance by incomparable vocalist, Sophie Foster. Set against electrifying Lux-curated content, this was a bonafide highlight of the event.
Immersive curved LED screens beamed spellbinding content, the curves hugging the audience as they settled in for a very special evening and hitting the brief of ‘re-imagining the Crown Ballroom’.
A rousing acoustic performance by James Wilson, complete with integrated projection mapping on Hologauze provided an awe-inspiring three-dimensional effect.
Also serving as a showcase of BEP Members, Lux collaborated with Williams Creative Co, Phenomenon and Crown Perth to deliver this truly unforgettable night.
