Amway Japan Diamond Council Incentive Program

Lux Events successfully designed and delivered a series of destination-driven events for Amway Japan, rewarding its top performing business owners, known as the Amway Japan Diamond Council, with a once in a lifetime incentive program in Perth, Western Australia.

With a ‘Power for Life’ concept specified by the client, Lux Events looked to Perth’s unique geographical profile; where the city, sea and bush intersect; to produce vibrant events that showcased WA’s ecological beauty, breathtaking landscapes, seasonal cuisine and the finest Western Australian wines.

The delegation of 180 guests arrived to the luxurious Ritz-Carlton hotel before attending an immersive, technology-driven Business Session at Perth’s magnificent Optus Stadium. That evening, guests were transported to the historic Sandalford Estate in the Swan Valley for the official Welcome Party. Upon arrival, guests enjoyed an outdoor reception in the Lux-designed Lawn Lounge, the perfect place to unwind with cold champagne, wine tasting, delicious canapes and live classical music while the sun set over the vineyard. Moving inside to the grand Estate Room, guests enjoyed Sandalford’s award-winning hospitality with a three-course dinner and their finest wines, while the next generation of Amway Business Leaders were recognised. Following dinner, guests returned to the outdoor lounge for a spectacular lighting and fireworks show, accompanied by Perth’s hottest DJ.

Working closely with Amway Japan’s creative events team, Lux delivered the Grand Banquet, an esteemed gala dinner that celebrates Amway Japan’s longest serving and top performing business owners. Intricate lighting design, prolific audio, bespoke table styling, premium staging and a striking floor-to-ceiling LED backdrop set the scene for a night of pure magic. In between formalities, Perth’s most in-demand vocal and musical talent graced the stage, wowing the delegates with their extraordinary talent.

An exclusive regional experience was devised for 80 of Amway Japan’s top tier delegates, the Executive Diamond Council. Showcasing the natural beauty of WA’s south west, guests were flown along WA’s magnificent coastline to the iconic Leeuwin Estate. A fleet of helicopters and Cessna planes landing directly on the Estate’s lawns and private airstrip, creating palpable excitement among the delegation. A premium cocktail-style welcome reception with wine tasting, acoustic performances and art gallery tours, preceded a long table lunch featuring exceptional fare by Head Chef, Dan Gedge, each course masterfully paired with Leeuwin Estate’s exquisite, world-renowned wines.

To complement their day trips to iconic WA locations, such as Rottnest Island, the Pinnacles and Fremantle, Lux Events also arranged a series of optional health and wellness activities, which were very well received. These included customised walking tours through VIP areas of Optus Stadium, a guided nature wellbeing experience in the beautiful Kings Park bushland, and a sunrise yoga session on the stunning Riverside Drive Foreshore.

Lux Events also provided infrastructure support for Amway Japan’s expo displays at the Ritz-Carlton and the VIP dinner at Nobu Perth.
