Karijini Experience 2026

Thank you for your interest in holding a market stall at Karijini Experience 2026. The market dates will be 11, 12 and 13 April. This year, we will be running ‘twilight’ markets that start at 3:00pm and close at 7:00pm, when the concerts commence. You are also welcome to open your stall from 9:00am, should you wish to sell to morning visitors. If opening at 9:00am, you’re welcome to close for a period in the early afternoon during the heat of the day, should you wish to do so. ABOUT YOUR MARKET STALL

Please let us know what equipment you will be bringing and what you would need the event to supply (eg trestle table, chair, etc). As standard, we will provide a 3m x 3m marquee for shade, 1 x trestle table, and a standard 10amp power outlet into each stall.
Will you require a travel subsidy to hold a market stall at the event?(Required)
Eg, contribution towards fuel costs
Will you require accomodation to hold a market stall at the event?(Required)
We are able to provide camp accomodation and meals on site if required.

    AVAILABILITY & SET UP

    Which dates are you available to run your stall at the event?(Required)
    Ideally, all market stalls will be open on all dates to enhance the guest experience and maximise sales for you.
    When would you prefer to set up your stall?(Required)
    The market stall area will be ready for you to set up from the morning 10 April, however, you can also set up on the first trading day (11 April).
    Please let us know your preferred opening hours(Required)
    The Twilight Markets will be advertised as a opening from 3:00pm – 7:00pm, however, you are also welcome to open your stall anytime from 9:00am. This will enable you to capture sales from morning visitors to the event site. It’s also reasonable if you wish to close your stall for a break/rest for a few hours during the early afternoon in the heat of the day, then reopen at 3:00pm for the advertised time.
